Explore the city with your tour guide as you visit Carnegie Hall, Radio City Music Hall, or Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Attend a Broadway musical, Off Broadway show, New York Opera, or New York Philharmonic performance of your choice.

Each Field Studies Center program is carefully planned to meet your objectives and the school's requirements for course credit, where necessary.

Sample Program Inclusions

  • Orientation Session- Spend time getting familiar with New York City. Review the best options for transportation and inexpensive places to eat. We'll also review the itinerary and answer questions.
  • Tour Guide- Tour all included daytime activities with an experienced guide.
  • Seminar or Workshop- Work with a vocal coach or professional conductor.
  • Site Tour- Tour behind the scenes at Lincoln Center for the Performing Arts. Visit New York City's top attractions.
  • Tickets to a Broadway Performance- Take your seat at a Broadway musical or symphony performance, and enjoy the best the city has to offer.
  • Group Performance- Perform at cathedrals or landmarks as available. Requirements and details will be discussed with the instructor.
  • Hotel Accommodations- Stay in a centrally-located hotel in the city. Baggage handling upon hotel arrival and departure is included.
