Field Studies Center’s Fashion Marketing programs are structured to expose your students to the breadth and diversity of the fashion and marketing industries. They are designed to emphasize new approaches in fashion marketing, merchandising, distribution, advertising, promotion, and related areas such as interior design, video and film production, publishing, and more.

Each Field Studies Center educational travel program is carefully planned to meet the instructor's objectives, and the school's requirements for course credit, where necessary.

6 Day/5 Night Sample Itinerary

• Orientation Session- Spend time getting familiar with New York City. Review the best options for transportation and inexpensive places to eat. We'll also review the itinerary and answer questions.
• Tour Guide- A Field Studies guide will accompany you for all included daytime activities.
• Industry Seminar- Spend time in a private session with each of the following: Broadway costume designer, editor of a major fashion magazine, designer, buyer, and visit one of New York's top boutiques.
• Site Tour- Visit the Metropolitan Museum of Art and the Fashion Institute of Technology.
• Workshop- Participate in lively discussion with one of New York's most successful fashion photographers.
• Attendance at a Broadway Performance- Take your seat at a Broadway musical, comedy, play, or Off Broadway show and enjoy the best performance the city has to offer.
• Hotel Accommodations- Stay five nights in a centrally located hotel in the city. Baggage handling upon hotel arrival and departure is included.
